The Customer Satisfaction of China Europe Trains is a very important factor in the product, especially with the view that the subsidy will not exist forever. Without the support from the customer/market, it is impossible for this to become a steady logistics solution.

Understand more about the practice of the product and see how they can make use of this product to send goods between China and Europe in a faster way then ocean freight and cheaper way than air freight.

China Europe Trains are mainly operated by government-supported companies, and there is still a gap with market demand.

Purely port-to-port or terminal-to-terminal is not good enough to fulfil customer satisfaction, currently, door to door service is a trend with efficient logistics solution.
